Physical Products
We have a 7-day return policy on all non-custom or non-personalized items, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Personalized or custom items are non returnable/refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags,
- In its original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To Start a Return
Contact us at diycraftshack@outlook.com with your Order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
You are responsible for:
- Return shipping charges
- Ensuring the items are packaged so they are not damaged during transit. We recommend purchasing insurance. If items are received damaged, your return will not be accepted and become the property of DIY Craft Shack, LLC.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Incorrect Items
We take photos of all items prior to shipping to ensure you are receiving what you ordered. Please inspect your order upon reception and email us immediately (within 3 days) at DIYCraftShack@outlook.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Digital Products
All digital products, including downloads, printables, and digital files, are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Due to the nature of digital items, all sales are final. If you have trouble accessing your files or believe there’s an issue with your download, please reach out to us at DIYCraftShack@outlook.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at www.DIYCraftShack@outlook.com and we’ll provide further instructions.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will prioritize exchange orders so as not to delay your enjoyment of our products.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Sale Items or Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
